Our EICR prices in Greater Manchester range from £120 for a 1 bedroom property to £310 for 5 bedrooms or more. Each price covers up to 12 circuits. Extra circuits and HMO bedrooms add set charges, shown below and in the booking form.

What affects the price of an EICR?
The price depends on the number of bedrooms, the number of circuits and whether the property is an HMO. Location within Greater Manchester does not change the price. Remedial work found during the inspection is quoted separately.
