Who does the work

CircuitCertify arranges the booking. All inspections and electrical work are carried out by independent NICEIC registered electricians. The electrician who attends is responsible for the inspection, the work and the certificate they issue.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will confirm the date and time by phone or WhatsApp. If your postcode is outside our usual area we will check coverage before confirming.

Prices

The price shown when you book is the price you pay for the service described, unless the property differs from the details given (for example more bedrooms or circuits). Any change will be agreed with you before work starts. Remedial work is quoted separately.

Access

You are responsible for arranging access and telling tenants. If the electrician cannot get in at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
